The most wonderful time of the year is almost upon us again and we are taking a look back at one of Living Dead Doll's Halloween themed series, Series 18.

Series 16 was the first series we did celebrating our favorite holiday. We had so many ideas we wanted to do we couldn't fit them all into one series so we waited the following year when the air turned cooler and the leaves fell once again to unleash more of our Halloween ideas on series 18.

With series 18 we wanted to take a look at some of the more traditional garb we grew up with. While all the characters featured plastic masks, Gabriella the Ghoul encompassed the plastic outfit that came with these wonderful masks. Other characters included Ember the Witch who had a traditional green witch mask, but her face underneath was as if she was burned at the stake, Ingrid the Vampire, Jingles the Jester and the most popular doll from the series, Calavera which translates to skull as she wore a skull mask and had her face paint liked Dia De Los Muertos.

Series 18 proved to be another exceptional hit with the fans and garnered a variant series of the characters all done up in black and orange to celebrate the season. Calavera and Gabriella from this series as well as Pumpkin from the previous Halloween series, made their way into a special set that was a throwback to the costumes from the 70s and came packaged in a replica box featuring a doll, life size mask and special T-shirt designed just for the set.

So take a look back with us on at series 18 as we celebrate another Halloween season and add to our themed holiday series with the upcoming Living Dead Dolls Series 32 that celebrates the vintage Halloween era of the 20s and 30s.
