Breaking news: Spider-Man, our friendly neighborhood hero, just took 'amazing' to a whole new level! By day, he's Peter Parker - a part-time student and scientist; by night, he's the wall-crawling wonder you can't help but love.

Saving the world from destruction or rescuing a cat from a tree, Spidey really does it all. Still not impressed? The guy's best friends with Tony Stark AND his biggest enemy is a literal goblin!

Inspiration: My inspiration for the shot was to give it a feeling like a Ditko drawing. just spidey skulking around on the roofs looking for unscrupulous characters to pounce on! Because spidey knows at night it’s crime time!

Inspiration: Spider-Man has always been my all-time favorite Marvel superhero. I was inspired to create a photo of the moment before Peter Parker leaves his apartment to become the friendly neighborhood Spider-Man. Showing us the intense moment of reality of being a superhero.

Inspiration: This Spider-Man’s colors are so vibrant and evocative of Steve Ditko’s art. Ditko usually filled Spidey’s backgrounds with NYC steely grays and earthy brick tones, allowing him to pop off the page. I tried to replicate that here while also using the figure’s very nice web accessories to add depth and dynamism to the shot.
