FAN FEATURE FRIDAY #211 - MILES MORALES EDITION

“Everyone keeps telling me how my story is supposed to go. Sorry, I’m doing my own thing.”
This week’s spotlight is on the one and only Miles Morales—a hero who refuses to be boxed in. From Across the Spider-Verse, Miles swings into the spotlight with heart, courage, and that signature style only he can bring. He’s not just following a legacy—he’s creating his own. Whether he’s challenging fate or standing up for what’s right, Miles proves that anyone can wear the mask... but it takes something special to own it. 🖤❤️💙
Let’s swing into action with the help of Otaku, Jason, Alonzo, Brian, Ryan, and Rupert! 🕸️🕷️⚡
Name: Otaku (@theotakulens)
Location: Georgia, US
Inspiration: The inspiration was that Miles Morales has been one of the toughest and youngest Spider-Man characters to face many adversities in the world of comics and on screen. He is an inspiration to all fans that can dream of a character that "does his own thing". This scene is what I would call inspired by the patrol Miles is doing on an average day. Just out looking for DANGER...

Name: Jason (@garrison_74)
Location: New Mexico, US
Inspiration: I wanted to show Miles being thrown through a window by possibly Doc Ock or Kingpin with all the shattered glass falling along with him.

Name: Alonzo (@grownmentoys)
Location: Alabama, US
Inspiration: I think this awesome figure got overlooked because it's genuinely a nice Miles Morales figure! I wanted to get some nice shots of Miles.

Name: Brian (@bcauseitsfun)
Location: Georgia, US
Inspiration: My inspiration for this shot came from the Spider-Verse films. I've always had it in the back of my mind that I wanted to create a photo with a portal scene reminiscent of the film.

Name: Ryan (@80sberg)
Location: Tennessee, US
Inspiration: Miles Morales would 100% have a nice shoe collection, mostly Jordan's. It's hard not to see Miles as a retro gamer and a kid who appreciates good music.

Name: Rupert (@rupert89)
Location: California, US
Inspiration: My inspiration for this photo was to showcase the amazing craftsmanship and wonderful detail put into this Miles Morales Spider-Man figure! I wanted to capture Miles taking a quick break from patrolling the city. Being a teenager, he’s probably thinking about school, friends, studying, Gwen, and his family. Trying to juggle so many things at once, I wanted to remind everyone that he’s still a kid. He can only do so much to protect the city. Even superheroes need to take a breather every now and then.
