Inspiration behind the photo: "My inspiration for this picture comes from my childhood and growing up watching Popeye. I always loved how Popeye was considered the smaller underdog, but always persevered and was able to eventually topple the much larger Bluto with the help of his Spinach."

“Me pipe isk getsking wet...” ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ This @mezcotoyz Popeye and Bluto set sort of blew me away when I first opened it. The figures look amazing, and as this is the first Popeye I’ve owned I’m in shock at how good it looks. This instantly became one of my favorites, and this and Doc Nocturnal arriving any day I’ll have a lot of pictures to take. This set instantly takes me back to being a kid and watching the Popeye reruns. Now, if we could get a Captain Kangaroo 🦘😂 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Fog by @atmosphereaerosol. Rain by cheap spray bottle. The stack of kick ass wooden crates were created by @virgil_diorama ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ #mezco #one12features #mezcotoyz #lumecube #litbylume #toygroup_alliance #toytribe #popeyethesailorman #popeye #popeyeandbluto #mezcopopeyeandbluto #mezcopopeye

Inspiration behind the photo: "I was always a big fan of the Hanna-Barbera Popeye cartoon as a kid, so I wanted to try and make Bluto more a bully that just feels the need to torment Popeye. Plus I had just picked up these crates the day prior, and I loved the idea of the eyes being drawn center frame."

Name: Tony R.

Location: New York.

Inspiration behind the photo: "Inspiration for this photo is from the Popeye cartoon. When Popeye eats his spinach, he gets a big strength boost. So one could imagine Popeye lifting Bluto with one finger."
